I volunteer some time for a local museum and history project called the Valiant soldier… So when they needed canapés for a party of local dignitaries coming to open the new family history museum extension, then naturally we offered to help…
On the menu was a selection of 6 offerings; Buttered Cheese Scones, mini quiche lorraines, Eggs mayonnaise, a selection of crackers with cream cheese and smoked salmon, local ham and cherry tomato cocktails and locally made chipolatas.
Hardly anything left over for my lunch tomorrow )-:
