Valentines cupcakes

Red velvet cupcakes, soaked in vanilla sugar syrup topped with either pale pink vanilla buttercream or white cream cheese frosting.  Tasted lovely but Hummingbird recipes are a lot more complicated than needed! Thank you to Gordon Henderson for the photos.
